i7 5820k cpu
Astek 550 liquid cooler
16gb ddr4 ram
GTX 1070 gpu
1080p monitor

As long ais its a quality PSU yes. Gold or silver is not a absolute must.
Try to get one from this list tier 1 or 2.

Nothing wrong with a 5820K processor even for gaming.
