I don't know what i'm doing!! I thought I did 
My Laptop has been having issues freezing and making a horrid sound when I'm watching shows online via Netflix or other websites. It doesn't stop till I press my power button for 3-5 seconds and it turns off. Nothing works when this happens, as I said it freezes and makes some horrid sound till I get up and physically turn it off.
I have been told I need to upgrade my video card driver or a graphics driver but I have no idea where to go to get it or how to get it to fix my issue. I need some serious help here plz, the more in depth help, the better lol
