we built a new pc with this specs

powespec g41t-tm mobo
xfx hd 7790
core 2 quad 2.3ghz
1333mgz ddr3 4gb
the problem is it wont boot up, it just beep continuesly, sorry for my bad english
edit: my psu lack 6pin for my gpu..
