Pc stuck on a back screen withas white line in conrner.

This happened a few months ago like. I get past the BIOS and run into a black screen with a white line in the corner which disappears. I have checked the BIOS and it is booting through my HDD can someone help me out.

Personally I'd get a Windows ISO/USB and run a chkdsk/OS repair as that sounds like a failing HDD or corrupt OS.

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt

try chkdsk :c /f as suggested above
