I have recently over clocked my i5-4690k to 4.6ghz. While doing stress testing on aida64 my max temps ran at around 60C and on prime95 I was running in the 80c range. What does this mean in terms of actual gaming ability since my temps have yet to reach that high in game? Also do really high temps while doing the torture test mean I need to back it down even if I don't hit those temps while playing?

80 C during full load test are perfectly normal. just don't hit 90C or you have to low down multplier or voltage.

Really, my CPU was around 58c average on AIDA64 with 6800k @ 4.2Ghz - 1.3V. Guess I've got a lot more wiggle room

Ye I've heard of this, luckily I didn't do any Prime95 stress tests with Adaptive Voltage.

Going to stick with Realbench/Aida64 for my next OC tweak.
