I need help to solve this. Two months ago my pc started to have fps drops from 180 to 30 every 30/40 seconds. This had happened to me in the past but I don't remember what I did to solve it since it was a year ago. I noticed that the CPU makes a sound when the temperature goes up, it goes up to the max temp (63º). I really need help. Also, I've re-installed windows, so it isn't the problem.

Games:

League of Legends (happens even in my own base)
CS:GO(same thing)
Aion(same thing)

PC Specs:

Ram: 12gb(one of 8 and another of 4)
Graphic Card:AMD Radeon R7 370 Series
Processor: AMD Phenom II X6 1055T
HDD: Main one(windows and system stuff): 120gb. Second one(this is where I have all my games, music and stuff) 1TB.
PSU: ERP700-SS Sentey

Software:

Windows 7, 64bits.

I'm going to leave my cpu-z.txt so you can check anything if you need to: https://www.mediafire.com/?cmcbceidhtomg18

Please help me, thanks you very much for reading.

again I would check your thermal paste and re-apply it. Though for the record a 63C temp is not in itself to high. Is that temp idle or under full load? If idle AGAIN I would change your thermal paste, if under full load I don't see a problem with that temp.

What cooler are you using ? Changing your cooler might be a solution.

If by cooler you mean fans.... It might be the solution but I wanted to know if I could do anything else to fix this. But hey, thanks for answering.

63 degrees is the max safe operating temp for that CPU though, you definitely don't want to be running at that temp long term, though with the CPU being so old already i don't see any harm.

Definitely change the thermal paste if it hasn't been done in the last couple of years, especially if its the original stock cooler that came with the CPU.

just be a stickler for detail but your advice was still uber sound. 1 degree is nothing and AMD is conservative when making such recommendations. In all likely hood anything under 70C would be fine in short bursts.
