Doesnt POST. Debug LED only keeps repeating these codes 4C & 19 (sometimes C).

History
Previous issue was only error debug C. Other people was able to resolve the issue by changing PSU. So I did. From Corsair VS450 to Seasonic M12-Evo. Now it's giving me a different error code.

Troubleshooting steps
-'barebone' just mobo, ram & psu (same error)
-reseated cpu and ram (same error)
-1 ram at a time through different slots (same error)
-no bent pins (same error)
-changed to a different PSU (same error)
-clear CMOS (same error)

Specs

Season M12-Evo 520w

Windows 7 64bit

Solution
Then its fine. The board should work fine with 2400, doesnt matter which. Test with some other ram and if the issue continues, RMA the board.

done all of the instructions but still same error.

i have a feeling that this might be an issue with ram compatibility since its not included in the evga's website.
