Hello everyone,
last week i changed my old MSI Radeon 7770 HD to a 980 GTX.
I've also changed my PSU from 450W to 700W in order to support the new GPU.
My computer is connected via tp link network adapter.
Since then i've expirienced a lot of network issues:

1) Sometimes my internet drops out but my computer still shows that im connected to my wifi network.( the network has been tested on other connected devices and is just fine)

2) Sometimes when i plug in my network adapter, my computer completly igonres it and doesn't show any sign of a device connected(all of my usb ports have been tested to be working).

3)It takes long periods of time untill the computer connect to the wifi network. sometimes it just fails (limited connection).

Now here's the tricky part that actually drives me mad!
every time my connection drops out, google chrome just freeze and has to be forced to close. I don't get any error message from chrome, (only from windows that chrome has stopped responding).

even before I changed my GPU and PSU I had problem with network connection via network adapter but nothing like those, and not even once chrome had so many crashes.

In order to avoid all of the above, I've changed my connection to TP-link AV500 powerline.
It is a bit more stable, but slow af...

EDIT: i forgot to mention, yesterday i fully rebooted my computer in order to avoid any old drivers interfere. So i downloaded all of the new drivers again but the problem is still there

EDIT V2:I've changed my connection directly to the modem via ethernet cable. the internet speed is much faster and seems to be a little bit more stable but it those weird disconnections keeps happen..so no matter how i connect to the internet(network adapter, poweline, direct connection to the modem) i still have those issues

Please Help! :O

I don't know the cause of your problem. But these steps are a good start. The reason that I have you removing the GPU drivers, is because I've seen graphics and sound drivers conflict with network drivers.

Scan for infection:

Download the latest driver version for your specific model of tp-link wireless USB adapter: http://www.tp-link.com/en/download-center.html

Download "WiFi Analyzer" app on your mobile phone, and see how many competing devices are on your WiFi channel? Did your home router change recently?

Remove all drivers with DDU (Display Drivers Uninstaller) while allowing it to automatically reboot into Windows safe mode, then re-download the Nvidia drivers and custom install them, but uncheck Geforce Experience: http://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=717
