Hello! I am a PC gamer (BF4, WoW and lots of others) and with the inevitable approach of Mass Effect: Andromeda I decided to upgrade my components. Sadly my personality has the urge to play everything on maxed out settings. Always. No exceptions. Currently my PC consists of:
Intel i5 3750k Overclocked
Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 660Ti
Asus P8Z77-M Pro
Chieftec 650W
8GB DDR3 RAM
128GB SSD (OS)
+crappy cooling system
AOC G2460PG 144Hz G-sync monitor

Originally I wanted to change all of the components (except for SSD) + new case, new cooling etc. and my budget is around 600-700€ for everything, although pricing in my country may differ completely (mostly more expensive whrere I live). My apologies for flooding you with questions, most of them are alike asking if "is it good enough??", but there are few things I would LOVE to clear up in my mind. :)

-As the title says, is i5 3750k still good enough, and what is its maximum "overclocking power"?
If not, what CPU would be the best succesor in my budget?
-For solely gaming purposes, should I save money on CPU and buy a better GPU?
I was aiming for Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB, but perhaps with saved up money I will afford a GTX 1070.
-With any changes stated above, should I upgrade my motherboard?
-How many RAM do I need?
-Is 650W enough to fuel my PC or do I need more power?
-Any recommendations for good case and cooling system?

My main focus is on GPU and with every additional upgrade of other components I will have less money to spend on it.
About futureproofing, obviously I want my PC to last as long as possible, but I do not need to upgrade everything right away if I would be able to play everything what 2017 brings (mainly talking about CPU again). If something is good enough for now, I can wait for a better opportunity.

Once again I am sorry for these annoying questions and I will be extremely grateful for any response. Thank you, have a great day!

Solution
Get GTX1070 and add 8GB RAM it will perform like a beast at 1080p.

What PSU are you using. Hope it is a good one.

i5 3750K 4.6-4.7GHz was limit with Corsair H series at 70-80C Temp(don't try to push it with some cheap CPU cooler).

Yes you will be able to play most of the games.

Rest is fine.

Wow, thank you fast response!
I am using a Chieftec A80 CTG-650C. And I am glad to hear not all of the components are outdated.
I forgot to mention I have a 2x4GB RAM, does it mean I should buy a 2x8GB instead for it to be safe?
Also as I was checking the prices, there is a pretty big difference between GTX 1060 and 1070 in my country and 1070 might be slightly over my budget. Is 1070 really that great of a deal (mainly performance, "futureproofing")? I saw the benchmark tests, but a personal opinion matters way more to me. :)
Last question about liquid cooling. Is it worth it or is it more of a fancy thing if I plan on overclocking my i5 3570K quite high? I was mostly looking at Corsair H75.

Thank you, I appreciate your help alot!

GTX1070 is way better than GTX1060 and will provide great performance for a very long time. It is completely worth paying extra as it will satisfy your gaming needs for a very long time. As I see you upgrading your build in 3-4Years this will leave enough budget to upgrade the CPU Mobo and RAM next time. If you go for GTX1060 it will only satisfy gaming for 2Years or so at very high settings(which is not suitable for long time users).

Get a better PSU. If you don't have enough budget foe now, get it in few months. But upgrading your PSU in near future is a must(a good one will cost you $60-70).

Getting liquid cooler is not that important unless you wanna have a crazy OC. Yes as logianofhades said Cryorig H7 is enough. If Cryorig is not available at your place get Noctua NH-U9S.

Thank you again.

So I decided to focus mainly on GPU, I will get a GTX1070. I will stick to 8GB RAM and old PSU for now, until I get a feeling it needs an upgrade.
And instead of buying a new CPU I will actually aim for a crazy OC first, that is why a CPU fan is my second most important thing to upgrade, as I want it to be sufficient as long as possible. The Cryorig H7/H5 both seem very nice, Phanteks PH-TC14PE caught my eye as a slightly more expensive option but perhaps worth the money.
Last thing I am about to upgrade is the case, I found Zalman R1 White as a really inexpensive option with quite nice reviews. Spending more money on case does not improve the PC in any significant way, does it? The only thing it lacks is the separate PSU bracket, but it is only about aesthetics.

Have a nice day!
