HIS Radeon RX 480 IceQ X2 Roaring Turbo 8GB. Vs. Msi radeon rx 470 gaming x 8gb. They cost the same. Go for better videochip with the 480 from HIS or go with lesser chip but from MSI?

I know the 480 is faster. Thing i'm worried about is the quality of the HIS card, I read their components are lower quality than say MSI or Asus. I want to keep the card going for at least 2 to 3 years and then maybe just add another one i could buy used by that time. Thought I'd go with the 8gb version to be futureproof a bit too. Got the wrong HIS card though, the one I'm talking about is the nonturbo version with a slightly lower clock. So wouldn't the sensible thought be to go with the 470 from a trusted brand and OC it to match a stock 480?

The msi 470 8gb is 255
The his 480 8gb is 264
The msi 480 8gb is 305
The budget is supposed to be 250 but the 264 for the HIS is doable if it's really that much of a better card. I could ofcourse go with 4gb versions but I doubt 4gb will be enough in two years. Lets be honest, aesthetics matter too. The mobo is a Msi b150m night elf so i'm inclined towards MSI. The HIS card is really ugly to look at vs the beautiful MSI gaming x. I keep reading the 470 overclocksclose to a stock 480. Any HIS sales reps around to convince me to go with HIS?
