year old computer working fine up until two weeks ago. 1-lost F2 key functionality in Excel 2-lost 1 HD. Have Samsung 950 Pro 512 GB m.2 NVME on mobo as boot drive, 2 HDs for storage. Would only recognize 1 of the HDs. over the last week. 3-started being slow to load utube videos, 4-today wouldn't load windows 10 64 bit. Only recognized 1 HD, no SSD recognition. Can't get into BIOS because F2 and Delete keys don't respond. What to do first in checkout?

tried that, I have a Microsoft keyboard and a Logitech keyboard, but no direct connect USB keyboard. When the option comes up, computer would not respond to either keyboard

does not boot into windows, just loads the ASUS logo startup screens and the option to go into bios. Last screen that appears has listing of CPU, memory, USB 1 drive, 2 keyboards, 2 mice, USB HP printer, then SATA recognition, two sata ports recognized, 1 and 6, one of which is one of the two HDs, the other is HL-DT-ST. doesn't show the DVD, the other HD, or the SSD in the list, then turns off after 10-15 seconds. I wanted to get into the BIOS to get more information on what is being recognized and what is not

talked to ASUS, the error message says USB over current - removed all USB devices, no change. Will try doing a bench test on the mobo with minimal things connected to it (video only) and see what happens.
