Will a dual DisplayPort from graphics card to Monitor make it any better

I got the https://www.asus.com/us/Graphics-Cards/ROG-STRIX-GTX1070-O8G-GAMING/overview/
And the https://www.acer.com/ac/en/CA/content/model/UM.HX1AA.001
Monitor has one DisplayPort and graphics card has two so if I use both of them and get a converter to one DisplayPort will I get better connection or will it be limited to the one DisplayPort connecting to the monitor

No it wont make it any better.

You cant do that and no it wouldn't make a difference if you could. The extra ports on the GPU are for running a signal to more than one monitor.
