Can this PC build handle video editing+ 1080p/60fps/high settings gaming?

Note: I've already bought the RX470 and PSU (buying part by part)
The remaining parts will cost me around $825 overall (buying in Israel)

I'm mainly getting this PC for high setting gaming but I'm interested in video editing/3D modeling too.
Will the rendering be quite fast? Should I get an i7 instead?

Solution
Getting the i7 will benefit your rendering. Your gaming performance won't be impacted, but rendering will be faster. Also, you might consider getting a board that uses DDR4 memory, so you can get some faster memory, as rendering often uses all the memory it can get its hands on and that faster memory will also increase your render times a bit.
