I just installed a gigabyte z170x Gaming 7 motherboard, but I don't know what to open on the driver disk to get it to start downloading drivers. What thing do I open on this disk. I can't get to there website because the ethernet driver is not working. What should I do?

First of all, don't use the disk. Those drivers are horribly out of date.
Go to another computer, download the drivers onto USB, safely remove the USB and put it in the problem computer. Install drivers on the problem computer.

Then do what Isokolon said. Install just the Ethernet driver so you can get online and download the newer drivers from the link I provided earlier.
