I got a new PNY GTX 960, knowing I have all of the right connections, enough watts, and just all the right stuff, I researched a lot. Previously I got a 750 TI, and it was a big thing for me and my Dad because we needed a new PSU, and just really the knowledge to do this, anyways that time it worked like a charm. But today when I install the 960, knowing everything is right, I plug it in and all that. But it doesn't boot at all, AT ALL. But when I plug in my 750, it worked alright again! I want to know what is happening! The computer is a HP p7-1534, an A8-5500 if that can affect anything.

I didn't buy the APU, it was with the computer when we bought it.

Well the motherboard is a MSI MS-7778 (Jasmine). I looked around it doesn't seem to have UEFI, is there anyway I can use the GPU then?

Read through this HP forum thread "Unable to boot with new graphics card". The motherboard under discussion is the Jasmine 7778 model 2ae0 ver 1.
