How to delete a Dual Boot option that doesn't exist?

Every time I boot my computer it gives the option to boot Windows XP Home Edition or Windows XP Professional. Problem is I don't own a fresh install of Windows XP Pro. This was a used computer that I reformatted with my fresh install CD, but even after a complete hard drive swipe it still shows Windows XP Pro as a boot option?!

Of course if you try it you get a blue screen with error message. How do I get rid of the option to dual boot when it doesn't even exist on my computer? Thanks.

Solution
First, run "msconfig" in the Run dialog in the start menu. Look for the "boot" tab in that window. From there delete the invalid boot option.
