I am planning only building a PC to stream League of Legends. I want decent quality but it doesn't have to be amazing. I do play other games such as Overwatch, but nothing else that is too graphics intensive. Also this is my first build so any advice would be nice.

CPU: Intel Core i5-7500 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus Z170-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
Storage: Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: MSI Radeon RX 480 4GB GAMING X Video Card
Case: NZXT S340 (Black/Blue) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM 64-bit

Solution
Z170 is a waste without an unlocked chip. Either go with a K chip to use the Z boards fully or choose a B/H board. The psu you have listed is not good.
