Hey, I built a new computer and am currently getting the Q-Code "A2" (IDE Detect) with the yellow-green Q-LED lit (BOOT_DEVICE), with no video output to the monitor through either the HDMI or DisplayPort and no audio from the motherboard.
I plan to use a NVIDIA GTX 1080, however it is currently in use and I wanted to get something working before bothering to remove it from the old system.
So far I have attempted the following, getting no change in result:
All fans appear to be working, with motherboard lighting on. At this point I'm at a loss.

■ Reduced number of memory cards to 1, in slot DIMM_B2.
■ Reconnect the hard drive to each available SATA6G_*.
■ Reconnect the hard drive with two different cables.
■ Connect a known working hard drive from an existing computer.
■ Connect a PNY Attache USB 2.0 Flash Drive (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0063GKG6I), imaged as a Windows 10 Pro install device, to each available USB 2.0 port.
■ Remove the hard drive and connect above PNY Attache USB 2.0 Flash Drive to each available USB 2.0 port.
All fans appear to be working, with motherboard lighting on. At this point I'm at a loss.
