Which GPU is Better?

I am building a budget Gaming PC.
I am on a Very tight Budget currently I have two options for GPU

1.AMD Radeon HD 6950 XFX dual Fan 2 GB.
2.AMD Redeon R7 260X HIS dual Fan 2Gb OC.

I Want to Know which GPU is better for Gaming and Over clocking.
And MY PSU is Foxin 800FPS in case it's needed.

In raw gaming performance, the 6950 edges out the 260x, and I'd say it should be able to run 2 years from, but don't expect it to run formidable until then, it's already old and it won't get better as times passes.
The 6950 won't have support for DX12, although 260x will. So looking into the future, the 260x would probably be your best bet.

In most cases the HD 6950 will beat the 260x. I guess you already have some prices on these GPU's, and since you're on a tight budget, I'd say you should just go for the cheaper one. There aren't that much of a difference between these 2 cards. Although, you'd have to take in consideration that the 6950 is an old card now 'a days, and therefore drivers might not be up to date with it anymore.
