HDMI to VGA active convertor without HDCP with RX 470. Will it work in 1080p ?

It should work but if you buy movies online, blu-rays, or dvds you might might not be able to watch them on your computer, this was a big problem back around 2010 when people found out they didnt have HDCP support the hard way by being blocked from watching movies that they bought, I remember people being outraged by it

Now everyone has HDCP stuff and no one even knows what HDCP is anymore or that it even exists
You might run into problems people didn't have back then too, paid streaming content might not work for you, stuff like Netflix, Hulu, and HBO GO

If you buy movies or use paid streaming services on your PC you can always just get around it by hooking up your TV into the HDMI port with a long HDMI cable and unplugging the...

If you buy movies or use paid streaming services on your PC you can always just get around it by hooking up your TV into the HDMI port with a long HDMI cable and unplugging the adapter, using your TV to watch those things is better anyway
If all you want to do is game and use free streaming services like youtube or twitch you should be good without having to do that
