I'd strongly recommend you back up all your data from the drive somewhere off-site (to an external HDD or some other storage device) immediately! This is how you will prevent any potential data loss. It would also be really helpful if you share the screenshots of the SMART results (e.g. via Imgur). It's also advisable to run the HDD's brand-specific diagnostic utility as well AFTER the backup!
I'd also suggest you check the warranty on the HDD itself via the manufacturer's official website or their customer support. If it's still within the warranty period, you should be able to RMA it and get a replacement from them.
