Need some help with my case airflow and gpu's cooling type

I have this case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811553013 I'm planning to have 2 front 1 rear should I go with a reference gpu or a custom (EVGA, MSI,etc). Or should I go with a reference and add another at the side? (since reference tends to have high temp)

(BTW I already have the case thx to the 1070 I don't have a budget for a new case)

I would opt for an aftermarket cooling solution as opposed to a founder's edition model of a GTX 1070. The Founder's Edition costs more money for a louder and less efficient cooler. Your proposed fan setup should work nicely.

I agree with timeconsumer. The only time you want to go with a reference/founders edition graphics card is if you have a mini itx case. This way all of the gpu's heat is exhausted out the back of the graphics card. You have a mid atx case so I would go with something like an asus strix design for gpu cooling.

Will adding another one on the side making it 3 intakes (2 front 1 side) cause positive pressure? since there will be 3 fans for intakes and 1 for exhaust.

I wouldn't put a side fan, they do more harm than good in my experience. I also wouldn't worry too much about positive vs negative pressure, as long as you use quality fans and clean your PC regularly it doesn't make much of a difference. 2 intake and 1 exhaust should work well. If you are struggling with high temps and want to add another fan I would add and exhaust up top.
