Of those 2, the Intel. But I would rather spend my money on a Samsung 850 EVO as opposed to either of your options.

Unless you are getting it for under $10, neither.
They are both several year old tech. 2012 (Intel) and 2010 (Crucial).

And if you're getting it for $10, it doesn't matter.
