Hi guys

so i have a Dell latitude E6420

Core i7-2760QM @2.4
8GB RAM

i have boon wanting to sell it but no luck so i thought to use it until it turns to dust.

i was looking at that external mini PCI-E GPU device that let you put a desktop GPU
http://www.banggood.com/EXP-GDC-Laptop-External-PCI-E-Graphics-Card-p-934367.html
this will cost me 70$ CAD other than the GPU itself and the powersupply

my first question is that will the setup work properly on my laptop without any troubles. i know there are videos on youtube that show how to do it but i think an expert answer would be better not a 14year old kid that tried the thing because every laptop is different

my second question is that i see i have more than just the WLAN port in my laptop can i plug the cable on another place than removing the WLAN? because my modem is kinda unreachable and i have a very limmited budget.

my third question and you dot have to answer that if you dont want to. do you have recomandation for the whole setup like what powersupply i should get and GPU note that i want to run Black Desert online and assassin creed
my budget is 150$ CAD and can wait a bit longer to get more

Solution
It could work but most gpu's will *probably bottleneck your cpu. You also need to make sure you have the right connector to do it. No need for any powersupply
