Hi just need some opinions on my PC build

Solution
Nice overall build, good to see someone picking a top class PSU for a change. ;)

Yep, it'll run 1080 games very well overall and do 1440 reasonably well but the core system could easily handle a GPU upgrade and not restrict it.

As has been said, try to add at least a small SATA SSD into the mix. Most have generally similar performance, with the majority being limited by the SATA III interface speed rather than the actual SSD. About £40 gets you 120Gb which is enough for Windows and a little bit more, but you'll need to spend upwards of £65 to jump up to the larger 250Gb size, which will be large enough for boot/a few 'proper' applications and a few games.

Yeah looks pretty good to me. 1080p this will push high settings no problem.
You won't have much room for like, 144hz or 1440p, etc. But if you just want a nice gaming machine that runs well at 1080p this is a good choice man.

No OC potential but it looks like you built it with that in mind.

Super flower is not a well known brand here in the states but they do make quite a few good PSUs that are sold under different names, so that is good.

Hello :) This late in the game I would seriously consider a 16GB kit. Even a year ago I would have suggested 8GB. These days I think it is becoming the standard. When GTA V is considered it really makes sense to come prepared. Not a critical change that is necessary NOW because you can order your parts as is and use something like MSI Afterburner to monitor your system RAM usage and upgrade if necessary. BUT imo it would be better to buy a 2 x 8GB kit and be done with it. Kits are known to play nice with each other. Mixing modules usually works.

Windows 8.1? Many apps and games today recommend 10 and in the future that will only get more lopsided in favor of 10 but you chose 8.1. Why?

You know what you want and you constructed a balanced build that will offer exactly what you want @ 1080p.
