Oh, then no idea on the pricing over there. But if you are limited to those brands:

These two models are competent.

Cooler Master G650M (Bronze)
Thermaltake Toughpower TPD-0550M (Gold)

Both Channel Well Technology OEM (so going to be similar to a lot of Corsair models)

System Power Supply Requirements for a single NVIDIA Reference Design GeForce GTX 1070
NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 500 Watt or greater system power supply. (Minimum system power requirement based on a PC configured with an Intel Core i7 3.2GHz 130 Watt TDP processor.)
the system power supply must also have a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 28 Amps or greater
the system power supply should also have at least one 150-Watt 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector. There are some non-reference design cards that require one 75-Watt 6-pin and one 150-Watt 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors (e.g. MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X 8 GB, MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Quick Silver 8G OC, MSI GTX 1070 Gaming Z 8 GB, Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 Xtreme Gaming 8 GB [GV-N1070XTREME-8GD]).

Since your build is Intel Haswell or later don't buy a group regulated power supply unit.

G-star93 mentioned 80 plus gold ones. I'm not willing to drop money on this. My limit is 100 bucks. Besides only Corsair and Seasonice are to be found in my country. Seasonic costs 200 bucks here

Hmm What's the good quality? What brands should I consider?

I don't think I have a great selection in my country. We've got Zalman, Chiefic, Thermaltake, FSP (I had one before. It was 500 watts. It killed 4 videocards before the warranty was out and I RMA'ed them all hahahaha), Corsair (I'll never buy anything from this company after their crappy chassisis and GS700 PSU) Courgar, Aerocool, Cooler master. That's it

I particularly hate braided SATAs! It destroys cable management. I can't close my case. I don't care is the rest of the cables are

80+ gold is a standard, you have none, than 80+>80+bronze>80+gold>80>platinum>80 titanium, higher the standard better the PSU. For 100 bucks you get good quality 80+gold 500-600w. Look for EVGA G2 Supernova 550-650w, Corsair RMx, RMi, RM, thermaltake gold london, paris, berlin, Chieftec navitas GPM series, Cooler master V-Series.
