Is Asus R7 360 better than a 750Ti.

Currently I am very tight in budget.I have two options.

1.R7 360 Asus Dual Fan 2Gb
2.Msi GTX 750Ti OCv1.

I want to know which card is better in Performance(In modern Games).

the total power of your psu is 450 watts with 2 x12 volts line one with 21 amp and the other with 22 amp so link me to the full sytem .

But I read on the Box information and Online Website from which I brought it...There it was written it's Maximum output is 800Watts(as it was mentioned in the Box)
