Hello helpful community of tom's hardware,
I have grown tired of my HDD and the slow slow SLOW loading times of everything so I've decided to upgrade to an SSD ( long overdue ).
Now I am running an ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z with FX-8350 CPU. I will probably upgrade my hardware in a year or so but till then, here's my question:
Keeping Samsung as my preferred brand of SSDs, do I go for an M.2 version or SATA and also if SATA, PRO or EVO variants?

My budget would allow for 120 or 250 gb drives and the thing to keep in mind is that my current motherboard does not have PCIe x3 or something like that i'm not sure.
So, will the M.2 work for me as good or better than a SATA SSD till i upgrade my mb?

Also, any advice for a new SSD user would be appreciated :)

Thanks in advance, Dan
