In games like CS:GO and Overwatch i lose fps randomly, one second ill have 200 fps and then ill drop to 30 fps, it ruins the whole gaming experience and is really annoying, I dont know whats causing this i think it might be a heating problem but when i check my temps they seem to be fine so i dont understand whats wrong. anyone know what might be the problem? I would really appreciate if anyone can help me out.

Can you please tell us your temps?

Use HWInfo for min/max stats, and ideally take a look at the Precision HW Monitor for usage. Those screenshots dont tell much about the GPU, only that the CPU isn't bottlenecking at that moment and all the temps are ok.

It's hard to say what has happened before that point in those pics though.

None of those have CPU usage or temps on. That's what you need to check. If the CPU usage is dropping at the same time as the fps, and it's high temperature, then it's throttling.

Your GPU temps are cool, but yeah there's a big dip in usage in the middle of that graph for some reason.
