Solution
Since you don't want to overclock, you can:

Change the i5 6600k for the i5 6600 or a i5 6500 to save a little money, you wont really notice a difference.
You can drop the aftermarket cooler, the retail one from Intel is plenty when not overclocking.
You can drop down the wattage of the PSU from 750 to about 500w or 550w, EVGA and Seasonic make great PSU's

You might be able to save a little money by changing the 1060 6gb to a RX 480 8gb (performance difference is about -6% in DX11, and about about +4% ahead of the 1060 in DX12 and Vulcan, so they are basically equal with a small advantage for the 480 in newer games.). Though I don't know where you are ordering from, so i can't be sure which card would be cheaper.

If you are going to stick with the 1060, you can save a bit of money with a motherboard with the H110 or B150 chipsets. And I recommend a motherboard from ASUS or ASRock as I have found them to be of the best quality.

For the 1060, I recommend one from ASUS or EVGA
For the RX 480, I recommend one from Sapphire, ASUS or XFX
