My Specs
i5 650 3.2 Ghz
P7H55-V Asus Motherboard
Kingston DDR3 1333MHZ KVR1333D3N9/2G x2 = 4gb ram

i just bought 2 new rams which is practically the same with my old ram but is 4gb per stick instead of 2gb but when i tried to put new ram it causes boot loop and ive tried many other ways as well such as only using 1 new ram or using 2 new ram or combining it with the old one and it still wont work ,while using only the new ram it will suddenly restart at the starting windows part or sometimes get stucked on the part where you start your computer and your motherboard brand shows up, i tried updating the motherboard bios , removing cmos battery and puting it back again and increasing voltages up to 0.015 in which is not succesful at all i need to know is there a way to fix this or is my new ram just faulty

Solution
If Kingston lists it as compatible, you have the latest BIOS on the motherboard and it does not work with just the new RAM, RAM may just be bad. Exchange it and try another stick. Maybe also try different RAM slots see if that helps.
New RAM may not be faulty, but it may not work with your motherboard. It may be an issue with density, some motherboards don't work well with double density RAM, or can only work with so many RAM "sides". This is a bit older but still applies to many systems http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/user-support/ram-upgrades-watch-for-high-and-low-density-requirements/
