Is the Antec VP500PC overkill for my new build?

I am about to build my first Gaming PC with the following specs :

ASRock B150M Pro4 Hyper
Intel Core i3-6100
8GB DDR4 RAM (planning to be upgraded to 16GB)
WD Blue 1TB
Samsung 120 or 250 GB SSD(in the future)
EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 SC (2GB)
1 DVD drive

My preffered PSU is the Antec VP500PC but i dont think this build is going to use that much power but will it just be slightly overkill or is it going to affect both the performance and efficiency?

I could go for the Corsair VS450 but since the voltage in my area fluctuates often and i didnt want any damage to my components or frequent restarts, and therefore was and am still reluctant to buy it( also because it has cheap capacitors).

Do you think i should just go for the Antec? Plus the antec is a better choice for me as i am also planning to upgrade to a 1060 in the future.

All I want to know if the Antec is going to be overkill and if so, BY HOW MUCH???

NOTE : I wont be doing any sort of overclocking.

Thanks in advance.

Solution
If you think the Antec is overkill but the VS isn't....There's only 50W in between them...

For your current build it's overkill in terms of wattage.
With a 1060 it's okay.

In terms of quality the VP is so-so.
If available I'd much rather have a Corsair CXM450, a XFX Core or Pro 450 or a Antec HCG.
