kraken x62 dimensions on site -
Radiator: 315 x 143 x 30mm

Deepcool = "Support 120/240/140/280mm Liquid Cooler installation at top (L×W×H not exceed 310×140×56mm). "
will it fit or not ? if no
what are some cheap cases that can fit x62

Solution
I m sorry to say but i dont think so, from what are you saying it is with 5mm and 3mm wider and longer then the maximum allowed. Go for x52 still a great cooler.
Total volume for x62 is 1.35 cm3
Total volume for x52 is 1.01 cm3

great! Well then i will get the Corsair Carbide SPEC ALPHA (i really love it )
its supports a 240mm radiator(front) if i am not wrong, so yea
Asus X99 ROG STRIX
MSI 1070 and
NZXT kraken X52 will fit just right ?

Yes the dimension are : 275 x 123 x 30mm so it is in teh range you posted here meaning 310×140×56mm. You must take in consideration that a fan is 25mm thick so 30mm from the radiator with 25mm from the fan you will have 55mm right under 56mm which is the limit. So it will fit bceause everything it is in the dimension they provided.

By every rational measurement this cooler should fit in this case. Unfortunately it doesn't. I bought both. I tried to install it. The demension tolerances are just too tight. Not to mention the rad will not fit up into the rad well at the top of the case. The fan can SQUEEZE into the rad well but then there is not enough clearance between the top of the motherboard and the bottom of the rad. Everything just misses fitting by a fraction of a millimeter. The only way I was able to get it to work at all was to install the rad on top of the bracket protruding out the top of the case and fans in push config under the mounting bracket. Can't put the top cover back on the case but it kinda looks badass.

Sad to hear that, from the numbers it should fited without a problem. :(

EDIT: See which did not comply with teh specs (measure them) and return it with with the motive of not complying with the specs. I personally think that the case did not respect the posted specs.
Now i see, you changed the case you aquired at the end compared to the case posted in the title, for the corsair it says clearly:
Radiator Mount Locations: Front: 120/240mm
Rear: 120mm

For the deepcool case you had mounting location at top but for the corsair you do not.
