Will existing old IBM case be suitable for a complete hardware upgrade?

I have a old IBM ThinkCentre A50 8085 its a oem desktop pc made back in 2003. Well i want to upgrade it entirely, i.e- take out all the components and install new present gen components.
I know it wont fit standard atx mother board but i suppose it might fit m ATX.
The reason i want to keep the old case itself is coz that baby is a tank, the case is robust and strong.
Im thinking adding a standard 550W atx psu, asus Matx mobo, and CM hyper 212. So will it all fit or will i have to make some mods to the case?

im aware about that, i initially had nzxt s340 in mind, but im hoping to save that 60$ from buying a case and use it for adding in a good graphic card

Unfortunately you will have great difficulty finding a motherboard to fit that old case, if you can find any motherboards at all. Also, you can NEVER use an aftermarket GPU in that old case, have you looked inside your case?

If you are real good at steel fabrication, you can probably extensively modify that case to fit some newer components, but like I suggested above to alleviate at that drilling and welding on the old case you should throw it away.
