Preparing automatic repair Lenovo laptop

Hi, I have this Lenovo G580 laptop and everytime I power on it, it will display a Black screen with "Preparing Automatic Repair" I already insert a boot device via USB and even if I choose it in boot menu it will still go back to the start and will display "Preparing Automatic Repair" again. The OS of the laptop is Windows 8. Pls help me guys.

How long have you left it doing automatic repair?

How did you create the USB, did you use Microsoft's media creation tool?

How are you getting into boot menu, do you press F12 on startup and are you sure you're selecting the USB?

Yes, I use F12 to go to boot menu. I create the usb boot using WIndows dvd download tool. 10mins and still it will go back to the black screen again
