So I've never found a problem like this (seems EVERY problem I have is single-case).
Couple years back I bought a G19s. Worked great for a while. Then it randomly would start shutting off. It'd come back on when I replugged it (wall socket and USB). The problem got increasingly worse with time. Eventually it wouldn't operate at all. So I called Logitech. They replaced it with a G910.
All was good. Until about a week ago when it started again. The exact same problem. Now here's the funny thing, a light whack on the keyboard turns it right back on...and Windows makes the New Device chime. Tonight however (shortly before writing this) it took my G700S mouse with it, and two hard reboots before the keyboard would respond.
This has happened on clean installs of both Win10 and Win7. The G910 is the only one of the two to be used on Win10. Also, I just did a recent clean reinstall of Win10 in the middle of December.
I'm lost for even trying to figure this problem out. And what makes less sense is why physical force solves it in the moment. I need to find a permanent solution, and I don't like hitting my electronics.
I should note I have a K400r I keep connected for remote access. But this problem existed before I bought the K400r, and it isn't affected.
