Hey guys. Thanks for your responses, I've found these on amazon, are they worth it or should I attempt to build my own?
1) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01DPP57R2/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_S_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=3QX8HPCMTRT9T&coliid=I1T2RBUIUWKPHU&psc=1 - i will need to buy an operating system
2) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01BDSB542/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_S_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=3QX8HPCMTRT9T&coliid=I371EHKPX1CMRR&psc=1 - I dont need the monitor or keyboard or mouse but it would be nice to have them

You would be far better off building your own. Those systems are pretty bad, and most likely are using junk power supplies. AMD cpu's are best avoided, right now. No upgrade path, as AMD's new platform is due to be out no later than March.

Even this would run circles around them.

This, with an R480, it will go a bit overbudget, but it's worth it.

You cant just measure a chip with its clock speed and there is reason why it is priced considerably higher. The Pentiums are not the best for current generation gaming and with more and more processing power demanded by games nowadays, a 7100 will outlast the Pentium considerably due to their far superior multi threaded performance over and above single core processing.
In due time the user can upgrade to a gtx 1070 and the build will still last him considerably longer.

Alternatively, even this will be a good build...

And as you can see, even the 8gb is not twice as good. Its better ofcourse, but not twice as good. And the listed one is 4gb.

I know its Hyperthreaded. But i3 is a better chip in gaming than Pentium anyday. :D
And ask any gamer, and they will always take the i3 over the Pentium. Specially when you can afford it.
I will only go to the Pentium if there is no other choice left.

You obviously ignored the article where the Pentium was only 2% behind an i3 6100. The i3 7100 is not all that faster. Kaby Lake didn't add any meaningful performance over skylake. You say you know it is hyperthreaded, yet this statement says otherwise.

7100 will outlast the Pentium considerably due to their far superior multi threaded performance over and above single core processing.

It is obvious you have 0 clue as to what you are talking about regarding the new Kaby Lake Pentium, or Kaby Lake in general. Your assumptions are based on old knowledge, of previous gen pentiums.

And where in this statement does it suggest that i have said its not multi threaded??? Read it again.
I said its multi threaded performance is better than i3...can you disagree with that???

You said far superior, which is flat out false, and implies old i3 vs Pentium arguments. The Pentium G4560 is only about 2% slower than an i3 6100. The i3 7100 isn't going to be vastly superior to an i3 6100. IPC improvements from Skylake to Kaby Lake were pretty much 0. That 200mhz isn't going to make it much faster than an i3 6100 either. At best, the i3 7100 is probably 5% faster, in real world usage. It is not worth double the price, as lakimens stated.
