is compatible gtx 730 on my motherboard micro-star 3666h?
Motherboard: Micro-star 3666h
CPU: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5800 @ 3.20GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.2 GHz
Current GPU:Intel(R) 41 Express Chipset
Ram: 2gb
Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit (6.1, Build 7601)

Hello luke, There is NO 16 pin connector. In any PSU. they are made on prupose so you can actually adapt the pins to your necesities. So basically, yes. You can add another 8 pin connector without any troubles and without worrying about.
Additionally: Just for your information there are some PSUs that only has 4 pin connectors so it actually requeries 4 of those 4 pin connectors to power it up. So dont worry! and enjoy your new GPU

how do u know what pci version do u have? like pcie 1.1, 2.0 or 3.0

There is not much difference between PCIe 3.0 x16 and PCIe 2.0 x16. It won't hinder gaming performance much at all, especially with mid-tier cards. Mostly there is a 1-2 FPS difference between 1.0 and 2.0 and 4-5 fps difference between 2.0 and 3.0.

There is no actual method to know if it is 1.0,2.0 or 3.0 with your eyes cause all PCI-E ports are practically the same. But you can access to your motherboard info in the manuals or by the Bios menu.
