a b150 motherboard for overclocking

so im buying a new 1151 motherboard to go with the i7 6700k and i understand the z170 chipset is for overclocking but i ive seen a few posts that say a b150 can ever so slightly overclock aswell, is this true?

if you want to OC, get a z170. if you dont, might want to consider getting an h110 with a 6700. or even a b150. but you can save hte money for other parts of the budget

or if you just want the b150 for w.e reason with a 6700k... then im not sure if you can OC at all. sorry :/
