You should be able to. According to the Intel specs sheet, it has a PCIe 3.0 16x slot which is what this card needs to run. (Intel Sheet: http://ark.intel.com/products/54876/Intel-Desktop-Board-DH61WW) However, do you know how powerful your Power Supply is?

Any DDR3 ram that is 1066mHz, 1333mHz, or 1600mHz will work fine. You can use faster ram too, such as 2400Mhz, but this will slow down to perform as fast as your motherboard. Just don't get a kit that has 4 sticks that are 2gb each; get a 2 stick kit.

First of all it should be clarified that gtx 1050 does not pass analog support for any of its ports, it only comes with a digital signal which is not compatible with old VGA monitors, the only way to get the signal is with an active DVI-D converter to VGA or Display port to VGA or HDMI to VGA, I occupy https://www.cintegral.cl/index.php/adaptador-startech-display-port-a-vga-activo.html.
Now answering the question yes you can, I have msi gtx 1050 aereo 2gb installed on DH61WW board, I need to upgrade the bios, I had version 20 and I need to get to version 120, which is the last, in forums and videos recommend updating each version steplessly jump for which the first updates made them to the letter but I realized that I had jumped 1 and there was no problem so I decided to skip some of what happened and everything was updated correctly without problems, that if I should clarify that the version 99 which is one of the most important, produces problems after installing it and the PC does not start, so they must have a pendrive with the 109.bio version prepared before, when the pc no boot must perform the following steps to solve the problem, disconnect power cable from the pc, remove the battery a few seconds, and change the jumper to reset the bios "this is listed next to the 4 sata ports", turn on the pc will automatically enter the bios and read the default configuration, then record and exit, a message will appear that we have to return the jumpe to the original site with the PC turned off and then turn it on again, which we will not do because we will proceed to update the bios and this is done by removing the jumper completely which makes the bios enter in the recovery mode and read the file that we have in the pendrive and automatically update to the version 109, after this you can update directly to the version 120
I will leave the order I followed to install the bios versions through the .exe executable
0028, 0034, 0035,0041, 0042, 0048,
0099, 0109 (bio file in flash usb), 0120.
The last 1050 drivers must also be downloaded
https://www.msi.com/Graphics-card/support/GeForce-GTX-1050-AERO-ITX-2G-OC or the model that has a card, the link for the bios files is:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/en/download/22413/Actualizaci-n-del-BIOS-BEH6110H-86A-
to check the bios version run msinfo32 by pressing the windows key + R.
