Cheap pc build for playing new/AAA games

Hey Guys,

So I wanted to build a new PC, but I have no Idea which parts I should choose.
I was thinking about this build (still needs some optimization):

GPU: GTX 1050ti OR GTX 1060 OR RX 470 OR RX 480
CPU: AMD FX-8350 OR AMD-FX 9590 OR something from Intel
MB: MSI H110M ECO OR BIOSTAR TA970
RAM: 8 gigs
Storage: 1TB HDD
PSU: No idea..
Cooler: No idea. Something good (I dont want my house burned down xD)
Case: doesnt really matter

My budget is around 500/600 $

Hope you guys can help me!
I am open for changes to my build!

Hello,

Im pretty new to this. I am looking for some help/suggestions as to why my computer retarts when I run games such as Diable 3 and LoL. I do know my system is dated, is that the issue? I am open to suggestions about some upgrades that I could do as I am willing to spend some money, but I am looking for a modest system as I am not interetsed in runnig games such as Battlefield on ultra settings. Being able to play Diablo and LoL without any problems will be enough.
