Affected Specs first :
I7 4790k
Msi z97a gaming 7
Windows 10 64
So i have had the PC for about 1 month now and i have been using MSI command centre to set fan speeds for noise/performance. But everytime i boot up BIOS overwrites command centre...which is fine. So i went into my BIOS (Msi Click bios 4) to change the fans from there instead. So i did it and the fans turned on to my desired speed...great! But i noticed that in MSI command centre, my cpu core listed as core2 and core3 have dropped from 4400 to 4300 core 2 and 4200 core 3??? I am having a nightmare trying to figure this out. I deleted my save profiled from command centre and reinstalled it but the cores were still not all at X44. Which they definately were beforehand. I have had a look in the bios but i dont remember changing anything but fan speed settings. I have been told to CMOS but it sounds scary and im new to all this and dont know how to. I have restored bios to optimized default but still no change.
Any help would be intensely appreciated haha
