Does PSU have enough wattage? Yes.
Does the PSU have good enough build quality? No.
Corsair CX series PSUs are low quality (Tier four) PSUs.
In your high-end system, i'd use great quality (Tier one) PSU, e.g Seasonic PRIME 650. If money is a big factor then the lowest i'd go would be good quality (Tier two) PSU, e.g Seasonic G-650 or Seasonic M12II-620 EVO.

All my 3 PCs: Skylake, Haswell and AMD are powered by Seasonic. (Got PRIME series in Skylake, M12II EVO series in Haswell and S12II series in AMD, full specs in my sig.)
