Pretty good. My thoughts are below.

CPU - Consider the newer i7-7700k.
CPU COOLER - The Deepcool below is also a good cooler and is a bit cheaper at the moment. No worries with installing it. The instructions have you covered and, if needed, there are plenty of videos on YouTube for applying thermal paste.
MB - Z270 to match the newer 7700k CPU.
MEM - Same specs, but less cost with the G.Skill modules below for much less cost.
GPU - Higher factory overclock and good cooling solution on the EVGA below.
PSU - The NEX is a G1 units which is OK at best. Look toward the EVGA GS / G2 / G3 (or also XFX or Seasonic).

EDIT: Regarding case fans.. The 200r comes with a front intake and rear exhaust. You should be fine, but if you notice temps rising while gaming (or at full load), then look to add a second intake (front) and second exhaust (top)

1- Do I need any thermal paste for the CPU ?

I am going to get the parts from Amazon using Prime !

I will see if they are available.

The wireless was not available on Amazon :(
The cooler was not available on Amazon so I went back to the original one. Please check the list again.
