Computer won't boot after installing new ram

Hello guys
As i mentioned in the title my computer won't boot after i installed my new ram,even BIOS is not displayed it only appears black screen and only the fans are working,my motherboard is asrock n68-s(http://www.asrock.com/mb/nvidia/n68-s/)it supports 8gb ram,any help will be appreciated.

So the PC turns on but there is no display? Is there a beeping sound ? Are you sure that you have seated the RAM correctly ? Is it one 8 GB stick or 4GBx2 sticks ? If they are 2, try one by one and check if the Pc will boot correctly.

Double check that the memory is fully seated and locked in properly. I myself have been sure I installed it right only to discover it wasn't fully seated. Adding ram is one of those things that's so easy to do we tend to do it quickly and thus make mistakes.

I forgot to tell you that i can't even hear the beep of the pc,only black screen and fans of the pc are working nothing else
