SSD Wont show up on windows installation

Firstly, the SSD did show up when I originally installed windows. But the problem is I installed it on my HDD. Now(using the same windows key) when I try to install it the SSD doesn't show up. It shows in bios but it won't show up on the windows installation menu

Are you doing an in-place Upgrade/Reinstall of Windows through Windows itself? If so, that's a no-no. You need to boot off the Windows DVD to do your install... Just make sure you unplug your HDD FIRST before you start.
