I know that they are compatible but can i overclock a kaby lake cpu in a z170 without troules? Is there any trick to oc non k cpus in kaby lake like in skylake? I think that z270 mobos are too expensive.

You should have no problem overcloking. A Z270 board is not required to overclock kaby lake. A Z170 board will fully support kaby lake assuming you have the bios update for kaby lake.
