I have a Asus Z170-A motherboard with an I5-6600k CPU. I'm cooling that CPU with a Hyper 212 EVO. I've installed the cooler correctly from what I can tell, yet I've noticed the heat-sink does not sit directly over the CPU's heat-spreader. It appears as if the 212's heat-sink sits slightly to the right of center. Is this normal for the 1151 socket? I'm concerned my CPU temps may be being adversely affected.
Here are my current temps:
Idle: 29c
Full-load: Hovers aound 70c
Max at fullload: Occasionally spikes to 75c.
What do you think? Problem that needs to be corrected? Leave it be?
