You are Currently Not using a Display Attached to an Nvidia GPU .
Appears when i try to open Nvidia graphics settings and when i try to use nvidia geforce it cant connect to Nvidia servers for some reason.
When i run Direct X diagnostic tool it comes up with a bunch of random text where my nvidia driver should be. (picture here https://gyazo.com/87c97918474d9af4fcd0059b1d6b0133)
I also ran speccy (https://gyazo.com/45dad53b564fb07dc2c1e50f94e8b2e5) a diffrent scanning service and it came up with similar results. im not sure if my GPU has died if so thats kinda sucky
