For some reason my pc is spiking up to 75% on the cpu usage, and at its lowest its at 40%, i have narrowed the problem down to Service Host: Local System (15) or occasionally (17) its spiking up to 40% and on average is at 30%. What can I do to stop it from spiking up so high.
This system is also a year old, went from windows 10 to windows 8.1 a few months ago because of high HDD usage on 10.
